Questions, answered

When and how am I billed?

Paid plans bill once a month to the card on file, starting the day you subscribe. Your receipt shows the plan and the amount, nothing else. The Free plan never charges you.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes — reach out and we'll move you to the right plan. Upgrades take effect at once with prorated billing. If your industry isn't listed yet, contact us and we'll add it.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account drops to the Free plan. Your data stays put and nothing is deleted. Restart whenever you like.

Do you offer refunds?

If something is not right, reach out within 14 days of a charge and we will make it right, usually a full refund. We would rather keep you happy than keep a payment.

What does "template pre-loaded" mean?

When you subscribe to an industry plan, your workspace is automatically configured with the data tables, forms, and workflows your industry needs — no blank-slate setup. A field service workspace includes job scheduling, dispatch, and invoicing; a construction workspace includes project tracking, quoting, and vendor management.
